About
Bridging California to Marrakech.
MoCal Alliance was founded to give Moroccan talent direct access to global-standard infrastructure, training, and opportunity — without leaving home.
Adam Chraibi
Founder · AI Practitioner · UCLA | MBA, The Hague
From UCLA to the 2020 U.S. election data war room, from Cornerstone OnDemand's analytics team to an MBA at The Hague — Adam's career has been a thread connecting data, strategy, and impact. He's built NFC payment platforms for food festivals, automated video production pipelines with AI, and serverless API gateways — always shipping production code, not just prototypes.
MoCal Alliance is the culmination. Adam is building Morocco's tech ecosystem from Marrakech — training young Moroccans in applied AI, data, and full-stack development so they can compete for global opportunities without needing a visa. World-class talent doesn't require relocation. It requires the right infrastructure and curriculum.
