The short version

We collect your name and email only when you write to us or book a slot.
Analytics are anonymous and cookie-free (Cloudflare).
Chatbot messages go through our server to Google Gemini — we don't store them.
You can request access, correction, or deletion at any time: adamc@mocalalliance.com.

Morocco California Alliance SARL AU ("MoCal Alliance", "we") operates www.mocalalliance.com. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and your rights under Moroccan Law 09-08 and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

1. What we collect

You give us: name and email when you contact us, book a tour, or reserve a workshop spot.
Chatbot messages: what you type into the chat is sent to our server and forwarded to Google Gemini for a reply. We don't log conversations.
Automatic: Cloudflare Web Analytics records page views, referrer, and country — no cookies, no individual tracking. Cloudflare server logs (IPs, request timing) are retained briefly for security.

2. Third parties

Cloudflare — hosting, DDoS protection, anonymous analytics.
Google Gemini — powers the chatbot. Your message is sent to Google's API via our server. Google's privacy policy applies once data reaches them.
Google Fonts — loads the Inter typeface. Google receives your IP at load time.

      Chatbot reminder: don't share sensitive data (passwords, financial info, health details) in chat. Use email for anything private.
    

3. How we use it

To reply to you, run the workshops or bookings you signed up for, keep the site secure, and meet our legal obligations. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Retention

Email correspondence is kept until you ask us to delete it. Chatbot messages aren't stored. Server logs roll off automatically.

5. Your rights

Under Moroccan Law 09-08 and GDPR (where applicable), you can ask for access, correction, deletion, objection, or data portability. Email adamc@mocalalliance.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

6. Security & cookies

The site is served over HTTPS with standard hardening (HSTS, strict CSP, security headers). No tracking cookies are set. Cloudflare may set short-lived technical cookies for DDoS mitigation only.

7. International transfers & children

Some processing happens outside Morocco (Google, Cloudflare) under standard data-protection safeguards. The service isn't directed to anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

If we update this policy, the "Last updated" date above will change. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage.
